I’m a People & Culture professional helping organizations bring clarity to complexity by aligning people, structure, and business strategy.

Throughout my career, I’ve supported organizations through growth, restructuring, and transformation always with a focus on people making sure structure and business goals stay aligned.

I’ve seen how often organizations struggle not because of a lack of commitment, but because of missing clarity of responsibilites and value add.

With an international background and a multilingual family life, I naturally navigate different perspectives, cultures, and ways of working.
I work fluently in English, German, and Hungarian - supporting organizations across diverse and international environments.

Why Aco?

I founded ACO to bring a more structured and thoughtful approach to People & Culture across divers organisations.

Too often, HR is either highly operational or disconnected from the boarder business context. My goal is to bridge that gap  by creating solutions that are both strategically sound and practical to implement.

ACO stands for Align, Create, Optimize: a simple but powerful framework that guides how I support organizations in a structured and practical way.

How I think about People &  Culture

I believe that sustainable organizations are built on clarity, focus, and strong leadership.

People strategy is not separate from business strategy, it is an essential part of it. Effective People & Culture work creates the conditions for focus, performance, and long-term growth.
