I´m Adél
With over 10 years of experience in People & Culture across startups and international organizations, I’ve worked at the intersection of business strategy, HR Operations, Compensation& Benefits and people development.
Throughout my career, I’ve led organizations and HR teams through growth, restructuring, and transformation — always with a focus on aligning people, structure, and business goals and while forgeting about the most valuable part, the people.
I’ve seen how often organizations struggle not because of a lack of effort, but because of a lack of clarity, alignment - communication issues, and structure.

Why Aco?
I founded ACO to bring a more thoughtful and structured approach to People & Culture.
Too often, HR is either overly operational or disconnected from business strategy. My goal is to bridge that gap — creating solutions that are both strategically sound and practical to implement.
ACO stands for Align, Create, Optimize — a simple but powerful framework that guides how I work with organizations.
